
A chance meeting in the Maldives brought Londoner Daniel Alexander to Negev. The young mixologist and manager has quickly become a staple behind the bar and on the floor, catering to our guests every need.
Who could forget that distinct Chelsea accent, that fervor for a good laugh, and the swagger of a kind heart. Daniel from the age of 17 had taken up mixology and refined his craft all over the world: Sydney, Marbella, Colombo, back to London, and finally the Maldives. Through his 15 years of international experience, Daniel brings Jakarta a sophisticated cocktail menu unique to his own blend of beach and urban energy. “A truly good cocktail can tell a story,” says Daniel:

Spanish born award wining Chef Ivan Tarrago began his culinary career in Catalonia. In 2001 he joined 'Rincon de Diego' in Cambril Spain, a Michelin Star awarded Spanish fine dining restaurant, where he learned the art of cooking. Since then he travelled around the world and worked for a number of prestigious award wining restaurants.
Chef Ivan draws inspiration from the Mediterranean food culture. At Negev he has been given a greater freedom to express and share his own culinary ideas with the team, which he admits is any chef's dream job. He loves the challenge of cooking and is continuously collaborating on re-inventing menus for different dining programs and concepts.
Bringing this global influences from his previous travels to Negev, Chef Ivan is committed to executing each dish at the highest level focusing on quality, attention to detail and consistency, aiming to deliver an authentic Mediterranean cuisine with a twist.

Mike Lewis, along with being an international actor, model and Indonesian celebrity - has always had a passion for restaurants and the service industry.
